The Panel has proceeded to the election of its new Chair in replacement of 
Joanna Lane.
There are 11 panelists. 9 have voted.

The results are :
Vittorio Bertola: 6 votes, elected
Vivek Durai: 2 votes
Bruce Young : 1 vote.

Congratulation to Vittorio.
Thank you, Vivek and Bruce.
I wish to note that this election has shown a good cooperation among the 
active panelists.
As a polling secretary I wish to thank them all for that.
