  ICANN one had included stakeholders/users as required by contract
to the NITA/DOC but betrayed that requirement as you know Todd,
or Karl A. and Andy M-M. would not have been elected.  Hence
you two cents here does not reflect the reality of what is possible
and has shown can work for ICANN or any atlarge effort.
