You're right, of course, Richard ... but in its own way I think
it's a good sign anyhow. After all, ICANN wouldn't even be
throwing us sops if there hadn't been loud and long protests
by people all over the world against their highhandedness.
The squeaky wheel really does get the grease so we've just got
to keep on squeaking.
