  This is kinda old news.  That is in part what Govnet is all about.  As
my
company is working with the USG on Govnet, and has been for about a
year or so now, this should be pretty well known by now.  But thanks
for the update anyway...

BTW, you are going to see allot more of this over the next two or three
years as many countries will be doing the same or are in progress of
doing so now such as China...
