"The internal mailing list of the icannatlarge.org panel
(atlarge-panel), in addition to its public Web archives, may be
redistributed by e-mail, in a read-only way, to any person who would
like to receive it."


Vote will be closed not before Tuesday January 21, 2003 at 12:00 GMT,
and not later than Saturday January 25, 2003 at 12:00 GMT.
