I hope that those who would support this initiative will join us in drafting and
signing this petition.  Will you be setting up a mailing list or a web-based
forum?  I think that for the purpose of drafting this petition a web-based forum
would be a good idea.  I am willing to provide and set up a licensed forum for
this purpose.
