Sotiris and all,

I agree that a web-based forum would be appropriate and I appreciate your 
offer to set up such a forum.  As I am currently involved in another major 
project (naralo.info), I lack the requisite time to either provide or 
administer a mailing list, but I would imagine that other project 
participants would be willing to provide such services.  For now, I will 
commit myself to working on initial drafts for consideration which I will 
post to your forum and/or to whatever mailing list is eventually established.
