  First of all, INEGroup is not and never has been a union.
Check the USG Federal registry for further information.  Second,
although you may wish to call me names (See your comments below
Stephane ) I don't see how that in any way strengthens your contention
or argument in any meaningful or substantive way.

  Now I of course realize that your fellow French countrymen/women,
of which a number of are relatives or mine, are currently in some
political disagreement in the extreme presently, such yammerings
as you stated inaccurately below, in now way are helpful to
others of this forum, or any other that you may be subscribed to
in furthering stakeholder/user participation and consideration
in Internet affairs/policy...
