[atlarge-discuss] PANEL MOTION 3 - Mission of the Panelists
Dear Chair,
I submit the following motion:
"
As soon as elected the panel serve as the BoD of the non profit
organization they will incorporate in the USA or in France as the registry
and the custodian of the list of the @large Members of the Internet
governance, as a Secretariat to this Membership and as a Webmaster to a
common neutral information web site. That organization will enter into MoUs
with the different @large organizations the members may wish to form. Such
MoU will have to be approved by the Membership.
