I support France as inc. place to be, seeing as that inc in the USA does
not seem very attractive with the new security act and the proposed
internet laws, and a plentitude of other reasons that might make the USA
(no matter what state) a politocal "bad choice" for an "at-large"
organisation.
My question about France's language requirements is still unanswered and I
appreciate Bruce's generous offer, but I too think that incorporating the
icannatlarge.org in the United States, even in Oregon, may turn off our
non-US members, who may prefer to base themselves outside of the US for a
variety of valid reasons.
