I don't know - in fact, this first NomCom is expected to work on its
internal procedures first, and then to start the actual nomination
work. I guess you could ask this to the NomCom Chair - I don't know
if, for example, they'll want to get public comments on this. I have
already sent my proposals on this a long ago (see
http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/ga/Arc11/msg00173.html), and I have
already resent them to the new NomCom Chair.
