Jefsey and all,

  The Panel is defunct.  Hence there is no agreement with the Panel
at this time.  You know this.  So why try to spin something from
a false premise?

  I agree that we do need elections before Rio.  I doubt that we
can get that accomplished at this late date.  We can try though.
So in order to get this accomplished and in a meaningful legitimate
manner, we don't need new methods.  What we need is to
use what we have available in a honest, secure, and legitimate
manner, so that no inconsistencies exist in the result.

  What we have available is the following:

1.) Joops Polling Booth.
2.) The DNSO GA voting system
3.) Surevote.com
4.) Election.com voting system,
5.) Vote.com Polling/voting system

  To decide as to which is most appropriate to the task at hand in
the limited time available is really pretty simple or easy to determine.
If for instance we use either Joops Polling Booth or the DNSO GA
Voting system, than we MUST have independent watchdogs that
are of course NOT members.  With Surevote.com we need
an auditor to verify the Tally of votes cast.  With Election.com
and Vote.com we need funds to PAY to hold an election.  We
currently do not have those funds.  Hence it is pretty easy to see
that Surevote.com is the best method we have available to meet
the time and manpower restrictions we have currently...
