Where does *that* come from?  Jefsey and I have been very vocal about our

We're not trying to "rule" anything, we're just trying to get a @$#&*&#
election going!  The current list holders have communicated their lack of
resources to conduct this election.  Someone who has them needs to step up!
If not Jefsey or myself, then who?
