Thats what i've been saying for the last five years. I'm sure you remember
that Jeff.  Icann was in my opinion a failure from day one.  And I said it
on many occassions.  So it took us five years to figure it out.  Now I
make another prediction - inclusive namespace is the future of domain
naming systems.  The USG internet failed a long time ago and now it's time
to switch.
