Dr Eberhard and all former DNSO GA members or other interested parties,

  Eric has a part time tendency to speak/type before thinking.  It is a
symptom of the "Just Do it" syndrome, which I am sure you are familiar
with in your profession as well...

  Many Lawyers, especially Ex-Lawyers suffer from this condition as
I understand it from the ABA.  It is one of the leading causes of
disbarment as well as failed law practices..
