  Your quite right here Kathy.  And of course we [INEGroup]
predicted this as one of the possible outcomes or impacts of
Marilyn Cade, AT&T's, and the MPPA's supposed "Accuracy"
policy initiative with respect to "Whois".  It's a travesty!

  Either Doc., the FCC and/or the DOJ need to step in here
IMHO.
