[atlarge-discuss] Joey Borda/Bordo volunteers for Election Watchdog Committee
There is a missing relevant entry in my Resume posted at
http://www.icannatlarge.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=250
specifically at http://www.starwalker.org/starwalker_resume.pdf [requires
Adobe Acrobat Reader].
At the very end of that resume, between the entries "School Director" and
"Township Commission Candidate" should appear an entry entitled "Judge of
Elections" -- Ward 2, South Fayette Township, Allegheny County,
Pennsylvania, USA.
Effectively, a Judge of Elections was the local elections supervisor on
days of election, and was otherwise responsible for the integrity and good
order of the elections on election day, and for the installation and
training of the remainder of the local elections board. It was an elected
position (4 year term) as I recall, though I came by it by court
appointment after determining the sitting judge was ineligible because of
conflict of interest, and served for 2 years.
