For everyone's convenience and consideration the first report out of the 
verification and certification committee is now published -- Report01:

Please report additions, omissions, corrections or errors to

Additional categories will be added as they evolve, with the addition of an 
anticipated final column -- "Certification Score" -- at the appropriate 
time using a 5-point scale for overall scoring of linked and submitted 
materials.

Candidates are once again cordially invited to submit additional links and 
identification documents.

Additional members are once again cordially invited to join the
