Milton and all,

  Thank you Milton for this overview of the council meeting.
It appears that at least some positive things were understood
clearly regarding TLD's and name space expansion.

  It would however seem that President (Paul Twomey) has
something up his proverbial sleeve regarding Whois Privacy
concerns and that issue.  Looks like he is positioning for
yet another committee (PDP) to yet again go over what
has already been clearly shown as what is needed, demanded
and should be required by ICANN policy, to be done.
He may want to review the FTC's privacy web pages,
