I'm a different Mark.  Don't mean to introduce any confusions by feigning
first name basis familiarities.  Cyberspace tends to make things appear
closer than they may actually be.  Gee I think I read that in a rear view
mirror somewhere.  Anyway, by all means, 3 month turn around, 3 minute turn
arounds even.  Have you looked at:

technology like that would allow turn on a dime changes in support based on
performance. Coupled with something like:

and we may begin to have a model to hang a cyber-based governance on.  A way
to establish lines of trust that also verify our support from an individual
representative level.  Just musings, I am not suggesting anything more than
discussion.  But it shows there are lots of other directions to consider
once some room to explore and a platform to share it is generated.  Thanks
