Joop and all fellow members,

  Joop you should know or at least remember that there are no
individual members with voting rights in the ISOC any longer.
The ISOC changed their bylaws almost a year ago to effect
that to much fan fair and notoriety on the DNSO GA list
Forum, see relative archives for further information and
documentation.
