Not to be a spam all the vote related mails have been made private with the 
name of the destinee.
"This mail is a private mail sent to ....."
Then the text of the ballot comes separated.

It appears that a significant number of voters forget to hide their name.
This voids the anonymization.

To address this:
1. please respond in removing your name in the ballot
2. last mails being sent have not the anti-spam mention
3. it will not be present either in the reminders
4. I will send a warning to all the voters
5. from now on watchdogs will receive a daily compacted copy with the voter 
names removed.

I note that all the experience of the this vote and of Joop's panel, plus 
the experience of two other voting system developers - plus who ever wants 
to contribute - will be used to build an Apache voting module.

I found a respected company (Patcomnet - Intenet affiliate of Patcom SA - 
http://patcom.fr with several large Banks as customers for trusted 
telephone related info services ). They will commercially operate that 
module and will provide our community with a free third party service. 
Anyone interested with Apache C module development competence please 
contact me.

This service will come in _addition_ to Joops booth: I used Joop's booth to 
tell them they will be in competition and that a good service to our 
community will help its outreach, being a good advertising to them. This 
company mainly specializes in reporting: we should get detailed vote 
reports, analysis, statistics.
