  There is no official voting distribution list for "ICANNATLARGE.ORG".
There is a scam/spam list for "EXECLUB.ORG" created by Jefsey Morfin.
There is no "Character" named Jeff Williams .  There is a member
named Jeffrey Williams Frisco Texas see:
