I for one do not understand why this provision is in the bylaws
at this juncture as we all already voted for what our organization's
name and domain name is to be, ICANNATLARGE.ORG. I was
along with Richard and a minority of others not in favor of this
as our name, however the majority of members at that time
were. If we are to be a truly bottom-up organization than
ICANNATLARGE.ORG is the name and Domain name
of this organization and no such provision is needed or
desired to be in the Bylaws.
