RE: [atlarge-discuss] Open real-time panel meetings

Normally ircd files are not logged, however users can idividually log
all antics, I can however move a bot in with no other function that
relays directly to a website. I do however suggest that such only goes
for the panel-channel and no other channels, unless there is a
compelling reason to do so. I will be able to have the same bot do th
same for every channel so desired if such is decided.
