Hi Joey. Do you think we can sort out the results of this current election before we move on to other elections? I'd like to think that you would be amenable to working with me to sort out and verify the 'ghost' candidates who were elected, and to further establish a more reliable set of processes for all the Panel members to be adequately verified.

I also discovered among my previous posts to the list that I had published my full Driver License unedited as to street number: http://www.fitug.de/atlarge-discuss/0208/msg00240.html. I have since removed that linked graphic for security reasons. It had been posted since August 7, 2002 and available to all until this past week.

While I will pursue Thawte Web of Trust verification, I will be submitting the very same DL & passport documents to the Trusted Third Parties as already available to all.

The ad hoc V&C committee relied on members' driver licenses for verification, combined with additional photos, exchange of phone numbers and phone calls.

IMO photos and photocopies are not adequate or reliable. I appreciate your work on the ad hoc committee you self-nominated yourself for, but until an actual process is put into place to seat a proper Membership committee will you not work with me to sort out the existing verification issues?
