I can verify my vote was counted correctly after reviewing the published
count by Thomas.

Will look forward to seeing the official results at the end of the
watchdog/verification of counts process.  Unfortunately I'm in for a
busy time over the next 10 days and will have to revert back to lurk
mode.  I'll try to keep up with the flow but if the traffic keeps up
like today on the list I'll certainly be skimming a few posters.

One point on verification of identity.  It would not be wise to rely
solely on Internet activity for verification.  Some persona's are known
to maintain a façade for many years online with no outside verification
of their identity.  The more sources used in the verification process
the better and no simple one step approach will ever be sufficient to
satisfy the majority.

The reason for the verification must be taken into account in deciding
the best approach.  The risks and benefits weighed for the process
adopted.  The point where "beyond reasonable doubt" can be established
to meet the needs of the organisation must be set.
