I will not accept that.  You are not the chair, so a motion put forth by 
you cannot be recognized by you.  Please wait your turn.  In any case, 
as i've said already, there will be no voting on any motions by the 
panel until it's members have been verified by the Provisional 
Membership Committee.

A proposal and an appointment are two very different things.  The 
membership will elect the Membership Committee just as they elected the 
Panel.  If you have a problem with that, I suggest you take it to the 
Membership as a whole.

The same type of democratic decision which decided the process of the jc 
"election" which you had no problem with.  Call it "spontaneous 
democratic initiative", if you like.  You had no problem with jfc's 
methodology, so please don't be a hypocrite.  Let's just move forward, 
not back.  Concentrate on the work ahead, not behind.

There is not eleven possible votes because the eleven have not yet been 
verified by the Provisional Membership Committee.
