I understand your dilemma. Due process in the United States is protected by the
Constitution, as it should be. However, Joanna, I think, and myself, I am sure,
are defining restrictions that have not been present in this Wild, Wild, West
world of Internet representation. Please feel free to refine the grounds for
proof of guilt. But, the guilty parties need to stay away for a long time.

I do not agree with passing judgment on anyone without them presenting a
defense. Do you plan to subpoena the offender? We do not have the need or
the right to make such an arbitrary judgment. If ever there is a need, we
may ask for an explanation of their behavior, and let the membership judge
the response.
