Some panelists are taking stupidity to new extremes.  Under discussion is a 
proposal to rotate the chair of the panel every two weeks.   While there is 
certainly a value in Chair rotation, even the Chairmanship of the European 
Commission is only rotated every six months.

I can just imagine the correspondence that an icannatlarge Chair would send:

"Dear Mr. Twomey,
as Chair of icannatlarge.org I would ask you to respond to our query in a 
timely fashion; If you respond within the next three calendar days you may 
contact me, otherwise please contact Mr. Goldstein who will be chair for the next 
two weeks; failing that, please contact Mr. Klein who will be the Chair during 
the following two weeks, or Mr. Chirita thereafter who will be Chair for the 
following two weeks.  On second thought, let me just send you a calendar so that 
you can best determine who our Chair will be when you are in a position to 
respond."

There is, to my knowledge, no other organization in the entire world that has 
adopted such a practice (or has felt the need to even consider it).  You have 
certainly reached new heights of lunacy.
