Sorry Daniel.  I have updated the list.

I have to add that Daniel's verification took place in the following 
manner and was only concluded upon the final check (i.e. step3):

1. Daniel communicated with me and sent me his login and password to a 
bank account in his name at http://www.ccf.fr/index.htm  I viewed the 
details of his account and vrified that it was in his name.
2. He also produced an online merchant account for his business which 
was in his name.
3.  Unbeknownst to Daniel, I Googled him and came up with a post of his 
from a couple years ago on another mailing list, which listed his then 
(current) place of employment.  Without his knowledge, I contacted his 
former employer ostensibly seeking a contact address for Daniel.  In the 
meantime, I asked daniel to produce his CV onlist, which he did, wherein 
I found the employer listed.  I then received a reply from one Frank 
Cheneau, who was Daniel's supervisor with said company who informed me 
that Daniel had left the Company two years prior (a figure which matched 
the information on Daniel's CV.)  I then asked daniel if he knew anyone 
by the surname of Cheneau, and he replied to me that indeed he did.  I 
asked him to verify Mr. Cheneau's first name for me, and Daniel 
correctly identified it as "Frank".

I am satisfied that Daniel Chirita is who he says he is.
