Bravo! For your determination and efficiency. This is quick. But I am 
afraid this is ICANN game and will not result in anything if the conditions 
I listed are not met. However, I do hope I am wrong - ICANN may change with 
the departure of JS and LT and the whole govenance to become more 
pragmatic. Let hope! jfc
