I don't agree with this proposal. He was elected. He has accepted his
election (even if he opposed the process). I don't think you can overturn
the wishes of the electorate on the grounds you cite. The important thing is
: he's who the electorate chose. They wanted him. It's not for other members
of the panel to dispose of him, unless he's broken some clear and
established constituional rules (such as the proposed non-voting rules,
which aren't established yet anyway.

I voted for you Hugh. I'd be pretty discontented if someone tried to get rid
of you. It would show contempt for my vote.
