The belligerency of Sotiris is a style that I don't share and difficultly
end up sharing. The frontiers sometimes become gray and it is believed that
it is the same thing an iron person and with a person that becomes daring,
disrespectful and opposed to everything and all. If I don't agree with
somebody or something, anything justifies an insult to discredit the other
person.
I don't have doubts that Sotiris has made its good contributions in other
work environments as ICANN, I have seen it its contributions in several
websites of ICANN, but I also saw that its attitude is the same one in all
sides, in poetry forums or of gymnastics, etc. I share the logic that if I
don't accept something, I don't have excuse to participate of that thing.
And certainly Sotiris doesn't agree with the steps that has given @Large, it
never approved to the election and neither it approves, even, the ICANN.
Sotiris: "What's even more amazing is that so many people were actually
suckered into believing that ICANN was somehow going to be a good thing for
the Internet!"

On the other hand, I don't agree with vetoing Sotiris of the list, it is
necessary to [>respect<] the decision of the members and Sotiris the right
it was won of participating in the Panel (very to weigh his!, curious
reality), BUT... it is evident that the one didn't accept that commitment
when not accepting the result of the election. And if they are doubts, it
will be enough to travel the dozens of messages of the list where he
overturns their anger, their insults and scorn for the whole process of the
elections.
Finally, we worry about the panelists that are the whole day in the pot of
the discussions, but we don't worry about those that don't exist, they have
not given signs of life. There is at least 2 panelists that: one has only
spoken to tell us hello, and of another not yet is rakes of their
participation or interest.
It is urgent to solve the constitution of Panel, if this is not solved,
@Large is again bundle of feet and hands.

Since Sotiris clearly doesn't accept the result of the
recent Panel election, I don't understand how he can be
expected to participate in something he doesn't believe
in or support.
So...
It's time to move Mauro Demian Rios to the Panel, filling
the vacancy just left by Sotiris. There really is no
other choice.
