PayPal only works in 37 countries. Who accept ONLY this verification method
for the members, How will they verify the other ones ### countries?
For example, PayPal is not in my country.

As I have already mentioned, the solution to verify the members and to
separate ghosts of bodies, is not an unique or magic solution. It is a group
of actions that gathered, they will allow people to verify. (Example of this

I have just received $1 via Paypal from Bruce Young and have refunded
his money.  Bruce's paypal account is unverified, so I will ask him to
verify his account when he ges his credit card statement.  I'm assuming
that both he and Ivonne have just opened new accounts, hence their
unverified status in the paypal system.  Something which I am sure will
soon be changed.
