Jefsey,
I'd just like to re-iterate that Jonathan Robin withdrew from this election
and that - if an eleventh candidate was to be asked to step in, it would be
Catherine Hughes (a candidate I personally backed and endorsed - she would
be excellent).

However, I am not at this time convinced that there is a case for removing
the eleven elected panelists. Certainly in the case of Sotiris, I think it
is clear that he was elected, and clear that he wishes to be a panelist. I
would therefore be opposed to efforts to remove him.
Dear Richard,
I know how unformal and intuitive you are. And how wrnog it makes you from time to time.

I am not when I do a clark job. I only carry a very dumb task which made me to waste far too much time and money.

1. I treat everybody equal in sending and in reading mails. Even insulmting ones (frankly I do not bother, except that it makes them look fool what bothers me for them).

2. I nominated Sotiris, I gave him every chance to be treated equal and I left the opportunity to the Panel members to tell me they delayed their date, so Sotiris could just send me a correction mail. I quoted the out of delay mail from Bob Crawford to give another chance for them to accept both. I am out relaxing till tomorrow. I will not have time to report before tomorrow night. This gives full time to Sotiirs to change his reply. My plan was to call and call again until I would be satisfied the people would respond to their best interests, be fake or uninterested. But I am under the pressure of Joop who says that my delaying is to only to fight him.

3. My job is only to report how many Y, N and X I received in ballots and acceptances. I have no power to do more. I am not interested in blah blah. Just in X Y N.

4. This applies the same to Bob, George, Jonathan, Sotiris... I am just reporting lists. Not elected people. The Panel will then decide.

Instead of adding to confusion may I suggest you help Sotiris who made a huge effort in his last mail to make a step further and change his response. You should also call for leading Panelists to pressure me Bruce and Eric not to take into account the Sunday 00:00 GMT date.

This would be productive.
