Sotiris said days ago that he would drop a letter in the mail. He did not
say he did not have time, he simply said on June 10th in a message to Jeff
Williams:
"In any case, tomorrow I will endeavour to send you a registered mail
letter with a confirmation code, and I will bill Ron Sherwood for it."
There have been many excuses since then for not doing what he said he would
do, but none were that he did not have time to go to the Post Office. He
certainly had time to go to the Post Office to send a similar letter to
Joey. Everyone else's time seems to have been spent on making excuses for
not sending the letter. Am I the only person on this list that believes
that Sotiris should not change the rules to suit his own subjective
evaluation of to whom those rules should apply? Is everyone so frightened of
Jeff Williams that they are prepared to support this sort of discrimination?
If Jeff Williams should not be a member of this organization or should not
be a committee member or should not run for a place on the Panel... then
simply make a rule or regulation that fits the case. But, don't support
arbitrary, subjective, ego based discrimination by individuals who are going
to change the rules to suit their likes or dislikes.
Ron Sherwood.
