Joop and all fellow members,

  The problem still remains that w don't have a legitimate panel
and any panel that we may elect legitimately cannot or should
not make any decisions for the members as any panel
would need a mandate for the majority of the members
as well as, or to include the vote of the members in a
legitimate, safe, and independent voting system/process,
which to date we do not have to approve any practice,
policy, project, ect., that is in the name of all of
the members of this organization.
