Dear All,
I apologize for the way the broadcast of the results was made. To stop it I 
killed the list. This prevents me from understanding what I made wrong (I 
pay for the traffic) and documenting my error.

My intent was to clean the list in going faster (10 hours to send 
individual votes), from another source (to make sure e-mails were not 
blocked by my ISP) and to get all the responses on the same file in having 
the ReplyTo set to the list admin e-mail.

But this ReplyTo change has not been taken into account. I usually recall 
the Mailman pages to make sure the entry was accepted after clicking it (I 
experienced problems in the past). This time I did not.

This misfit however permitted to add to the requirements for a Postfix GPL 
voting module. Everyone interested please contact me. It also produced 
indications on clones with the same robot responding the same odd response 
witht the same signature for different names.

Anyway the 9 (?) Members Panel 6 votes thanks for the election organization 
already took that blunder into account, did it not.
