Just goes to the above site, only stuck inside a frameset (and seems 
to attempt to put up a popup window too, but I've got Mozilla 
configured to reject this).  .DE is the TLD for Germany, so it makes 
no sense for a site about Delaware to be there, even though "DE" is 
also the postal abbreviation for that state; .DE.US is more logical.
