Best argument I've seen so far for "quote clipping!"

However, Eric, the developing would isn't alone: at last check several
months ago over 60% of US homes are still using dial-up connections, due to
the relatively high cost of broadband. So I'd assume a great many of our
users are *not* on a broadband connection.
