OK, I weary of being the sole voice attempting to make sure progress is
being made.  Time for some others to speak up as our distinguished
senior "panelist" has requested.  Acknowledgement of this email/Post
will indicate being in favor of initiating a Membership wide "No
confidence Vote" regarding Panelists deemed missing or delinquent.  Note
that even Panel members have the right and/or obligation to vote as
members on topics such as this.  "Rules of Democracy" alluded to include
the fact that if one does NOT voice their opinion, they accept the
voices of those that DO....

Whereas, Sebastian Klein has failed to participate as a panelist
according to the Panel's own rulings,

It is Moved that there be a Vote of No Confidence begun immediately by
Polling the entire Membership, that a simple majority of the responses
received shall determine the result, and that the panel replace S. Klein
according to the procedure previously determined during the past
election process; by adding A/S Mauro D. Ríos [mdrios@adinet.com.uy] as
the replacement Panelist.

Voice an opinion or accept the procrastination indefinitely.

[ ] Yes, initiate Vote of No Confidence
[ ] No, wait longer.

Hardly is a term of expressing a close proximity.

Hugh, as me, is one panelmember and 1 member of this organization.

5 members in favour not nearly carries sufficient support to warrant a
motion of no confidence, unless it is your opinion we should drop the
democracy part.

For the umpteenth time: propose a motion, get support and let the
members on this list decide on a common number being sufficient
representation to warrant conducting a vote of no confidence and I for
one will support the carrying out of that motion. Untill then I will not
see rules of democracy be abused for any purpose no matter how valiant.
