Bruce and all fellow members,

  Most of this funding concern is borne of worry about the influence
that $$ buys.  And that is a legitimate worry, but it need not
hamper efforts at fund raising, or determination of dues.

  We will not likely ever raise a reasonable amount funding
via dues from members.  It should also be clearly understood
that if we intend to become a 501C3 corp. fully 2/3's of
our funding must come from donations according to
US Federal statue.  Hence both or Bruce's suggestions
below directly apply to this fledgling organization if the
intent is to be incorporated in the US.  If not, than other
arrangements had better be reviewed closely, carefully
and already underway...
