Walter and all fellow members,

 Yes a number of "Things" are required for not-for-profit
or 501C3 status Walter!  >;)  One is a set of Bylaws
and articles of Incorporation which as be stated and
re-stated again and again.  We have neither presently.
Another is a legitimate election of and Interim BoD or
and actual BoD, also which we don't seem to be
able to accomplish for a number of reasons, most
of which are of a nefarious nature...
