Re: [atlarge-discuss] incorporation - misinformation debunked
There is a wrong assumption here. It is OK and normal.
Corporations file in a state. Period; end of story.
The DOJ works on criminal misconduct - which we assume we will not do.
The SEC works on publicly traded and registered companies, from pink sheets
in the NASDAQ to the DOW Jones - which we assume we will not do.
Therefor the only federal US gov. Control over what we would do is IRS.
As a registered Tax representative I can say that they are really
easy to deal with as long as we are responsible.
Otherwise we just deal with a state Gov.
I really only know of Canada, France, Mexico, Brazil, USA, China, and
Vietnam currently although I am working on project IMECCA for Iraq and am
familiar with Bahamas and VI (thanks to Peter God rest his soul). But what
I say above is true for all of these wonderful locations.
However I think my truths are fairly universal.
It is funny that you become a universal polling place but must rely on
provincial regulation.
Best to all hardworking panelists, May your endeavors be pure of soul.
