[atlarge-discuss] VOTE: No Confidence on Panel Member SebastianKlein

I vote yes to the motion of no confidence in Sebastian Klein.

However, on a point of order, if this is supposed to be an official vote of
the membership, it isn't working, not least because:-

1) Non-members can vote on this list and
2) Not all members subscribe to this list

So if the Panel can't agree on how best to deal with Sebastian Klein, then
set it aside and move on to more substantive issues. His non-participation
does not stop the Panel unless it is given more attention that it deserves.
In short, just ignore the jerk.
