It is my view that the work of the VC will be demanding enough, urgent
enough, large enough and at times potentially circus-like enough to merit
co-chairs, co-facilitators.

Therefore I nominate Joanna Lane for VC chair as well, and hope the VC
committee will see fit to select both of us to serve as “co-chairs.”
