Martha,
You're welcome to take my place, but those I listed were named in the
Resolution passed by the Panel, so I don't think I, or anybody else, has the
authority now to change the members unless an amendment is passed to switch
names. It's a point of order issue, nothing personal that either I or Hugh
can decide unilaterally. There are 11 members of the Panel and you would
need to lobby each one.
