Hugh, on grounds I have previously stated, there is no need for the Panel to 
engage in this procedure.  It's not as if we had By-laws in place, an elected 
Board, and were incorporated.  We're just not that formal.  I believe that 
what you are initiating here is a straw vote, nothing more.

Having said so, my preference is as expressed above.
