I think both VC and WebTeam should have a public but also a private section.

Daniel,
I can understand that the Webteam has security reasons to be private as well
as the VC. This will not be a problem if we do not archive closed lists in
the public domain, but I really must insist that members are kept informed
of developments by regular updates posted to the Discuss List in summary
form that could form part of the Chair/ Co-Chair responsibility. We need to
be especially mindful that copies of all Resolutions need to be posted to
the public lists so that members may express their opinions *before* votes
are taken. Subsequent to vote, the results must also list how the various
representatives voted, so they can be held accountable to the electorate.
